Currently, there is no automated option for users to delete their accounts independently.<\/p><ol start=\"2\"><li><strong> Process for Account Deactivation<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>The following steps outline the process for submitting and handling the request:<\/p><ol><li><strong>User Request Submission:<\/strong><ul><li>The user must create a support ticket through the &#8220;Help and Support&#8221; section, clearly stating their request to deactivate the account.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Ticket Registration:<\/strong><ul><li>The request will be logged into our CRM system for tracking and processing.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Acknowledgment Email:<\/strong><ul><li>The user will receive an email confirmation containing the ticket details and reference number.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Support Team Processing:<\/strong><ul><li>Our Help and Support department will review and process the deactivation request.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Final Confirmation Email:<\/strong><ul><li>Once the request is successfully processed, the user will receive a final confirmation email indicating that their account has been deactivated.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ol><ol start=\"3\"><li><strong> Data Handling After Deactivation<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><ul><li>Once an account is deactivated, the user will no longer have access to it.<\/li><li>Account data will not be permanently deleted unless specified by applicable laws or regulations.<\/li><li>Additionally, we retain user and merchant information only as long as necessary for business operations and compliance with applicable laws.<\/li><li>Users may request deletion of their personal data, but certain records, including financial transactions and regulatory compliance data, may be retained for legal or fraud prevention purposes.<\/li><\/ul><ol start=\"4\"><li><strong> Irreversible Deactivation<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><ul><li>Once an account is deactivated, it cannot be reactivated under any circumstances.<\/li><li>Users will not be able to log in, access their data, or use our services with the deactivated account.<\/li><\/ul><p>For any further inquiries regarding account deactivation or data retention, please contact our support team at support@tyrewards.app.<\/p><p>Thank You Technologies Corp. reserves the right to update this Data Deletion Policy at any time.
