Data Deletion Policy

At Thank You Technologies Corp., we value our users’ privacy and provide a structured process for account deactivation. Please review our Data Deletion Policy to understand how user data is handled when requesting account deactivation.

  1. Account Deactivation Request

If a user wishes to deactivate their account, they must submit a request through the “Help and Support” section in our web or mobile application. Currently, there is no automated option for users to delete their accounts independently.

  1. Process for Account Deactivation

The following steps outline the process for submitting and handling the request:

  1. User Request Submission:
    • The user must create a support ticket through the “Help and Support” section, clearly stating their request to deactivate the account.
  2. Ticket Registration:
    • The request will be logged into our CRM system for tracking and processing.
  3. Acknowledgment Email:
    • The user will receive an email confirmation containing the ticket details and reference number.
  4. Support Team Processing:
    • Our Help and Support department will review and process the deactivation request.
  5. Final Confirmation Email:
    • Once the request is successfully processed, the user will receive a final confirmation email indicating that their account has been deactivated.
  1. Data Handling After Deactivation
  • Once an account is deactivated, the user will no longer have access to it.
  • Account data will not be permanently deleted unless specified by applicable laws or regulations.
  • Additionally, we retain user and merchant information only as long as necessary for business operations and compliance with applicable laws.
  • Users may request deletion of their personal data, but certain records, including financial transactions and regulatory compliance data, may be retained for legal or fraud prevention purposes.
  1. Irreversible Deactivation
  • Once an account is deactivated, it cannot be reactivated under any circumstances.
  • Users will not be able to log in, access their data, or use our services with the deactivated account.
