Whether you are participating in reward programs or creating and managing those programs, this Privacy Policy applies to your interactions with our platform, ensuring clarity on how your data is collected and used. This Privacy Policy applies to all users and merchants utilizing the TY Rewards platform. It governs data collection, usage, sharing, and storage in compliance with applicable U.S. laws, particularly the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and Florida state privacy regulations.
We collect personal and business information to enable participation in Rewards Programs. For purposes of this Privacy Policy, a “Rewards Program” refers to any promotional or incentive-based program, including but not limited to loyalty programs, campaign-based offers, referral programs, and time-limited promotional rewards that allow Users to redeem or participate in merchant-sponsored benefits.As our platform grows, we may onboard additional types of merchants and expand the scope of our reward programs.
To ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, merchants must complete Know Your Business (KYB) verification prior to participation. The data collected includes:

Right to Request Deletion
Members have the right to request the deletion of their personal information, subject to legal exceptions. Users can delete their account directly by using the Delete Account option located in the menu of the Profile section of the application. If we determine that certain information must be retained for a legitimate business purpose or legal obligation, we will inform you of the applicable legal exception.
Right to Correct
Members have the right to request that TY Rewards correct any inaccurate or incomplete personal information we have collected or maintain about them, subject to certain exceptions.
Do Not Sell or Share My Data
California residents have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal data. While TY Rewards does not sell or rent personal data, if this changes, members will be provided with a clear opt-out mechanism in compliance with CCPA requirements.

We may request additional verification, such as a government-issued ID, to process your request. You may also designate an authorized agent to act on your behalf, but we will require proof of authorization.
If you are accessing our Services from outside the United States, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where privacy laws and data protection regulations may not offer the same level of protection as those in your country of residence. By using our Services, you consent to such transfers in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
We do not intentionally gather information from visitors who are under the age of 13. Our Terms of Service require all users to be at least 18 years old. Minors who are at least 13 years old but are under 18 years old may use a parent or guardian’s account, but only with the supervision of the account holder.
